Architectural Temple Strut
An exquisite hand-carved Hindu wooden temple strut mounted on an iron base from the 19th century sourced from the Gujarat. This piece depicts two winged musicians brilliantly carved, with the lower stood on a cobra head. The top finishes in a beautifully carved corbel. This can also be hung against the wall if preferred. Note that one of the lower musician's wing is partly missing.
