Delivery information

    1. As part of our service we offer free packing and insurance on every piece that is sent to the UK mainland. We also subsidise shipping costs on all items.
    2. For Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands we may have to contact you for an individual delivery quotation once an order has been made and we will need to request extra postage.
    3. If you need an item shipped outside the UK then please select the option at order and we will contact you with a personal delivery quotation.
    4. You are very welcome to collect your order from us by appointment.
    5. We take great care to pack pieces in house and will arrange delivery with either Royal Mail or specialist furniture couriers for larger and bulky items. Delivery charges on each piece are specified although for some particularly large pieces an individual quotation may be required.
    6. All items will be shipped within three working days from receiving the order once all payments have cleared.
    7. To be able to offer the most cost effective delivery, you can expect items to be received within 14 days, but this may take longer for larger items. Most deliveries will be made by a one-man service so for bulky or heavy items you may want to organise assistance at point of delivery. If you need an express or two man service then please contact us for a personal quotation.
    8. We will notify you with any tracking numbers and estimated delivery timescales
    9. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged please call on 07525 490 872 or email within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged/faulty item. We will be able to discuss a refund for you
    10. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.
